In case you aren't aware, we are here to help you 24 hours a day for 360 days of the year.

The office will be closed for 5 days from 00:00 on Monday 30/12/2024 to 23:59 on Friday 03/01/2025. During this time, Billing & Technical Support will be on Restricted Access for all customers. Although we are officially closed, support remains in place throughout the festive period to deal with Critical / Loss of Service, due to Major Network Outages only, and general Billing queries. Server monitoring will remain active at all times. However, this means there will be no configuration or voice-over changes or new setups for any of our services, as well as suspension of non-emergency maintenance to our networks and systems. It is essential you plan ahead for any changes you may need to make or request administrator access if appropriate.

ANSWERPING, which is our in-house Call Answering service that includes providing support to you by phone, is also suspended from 18:00 on Tuesday 17/12/2024 and will resume at 09:00 on Monday 06/01/2025. During this time, requests for assistance should be made by submitting a ticket through the Support Portal or by sending an email to [email protected]. We will check for voicemails fairly regularly (for those who can only call us) and you can send a WhatsApp or a text message to 079 8437 8437.
